Rahul Dev Sharma is a Financial Crimes Compliance Leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. They served as Director and Global Head of Client Insights at Citi from 2022 to 2024, and are currently the Global Head of Detection and Client Insights, overseeing Citi’s Transaction Monitoring Program. Rahul previously held roles at State Street as Vice President and Head of Financial Crime Compliance Product and Business Analysis, and worked as an Associate Consultant at Revenue Solutions, Inc. and a Senior Consultant at Knowledgent. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Warwick.
