With prior roles including Director of Compliance Risk Management at USAA Federal Savings Bank and Chief Compliance Officer at JH Capital Group, they have extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within financial services. Richard has a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law.
