Richard Ferim, PhD, is currently the Vice President Business Analytics Lead Analyst at Citi, where they design and implement statistical models to combat credit abuse and enhance dispute detection. Previously, they held various analytical roles at Bank of America, AT&T, Ally, and Flagship Credit Acceptance, focusing on areas such as fraud pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Richard earned a PhD in Mathematical Sciences (Statistics) from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they also served as a Doctoral Fellow and Statistical Consulting Research Assistant.
