Rick Gambs

Rick Gambs is currently the Head of Prudential Regulatory Strategy & Policy at Citi, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Director of Treasury Policy & Advocacy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2018 to 2022 and as a Senior Principal in Public Policy & Government Affairs at BNY Mellon from 2022 to 2024. Rick has extensive experience in corporate development and international operations, including positions at SPX Corporation and International SOS Assistance, Inc. They hold a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at the same institution, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University. Rick is a member of the D.C. Bar, with admission to the NY Bar pending, and is fluent in French.
