Robin Burse

Robin Burse possesses extensive experience in operational risk management, marketing strategy, and project coordination within the banking sector. Initiating a career at MBNA America from 1996 to 2000, Robin advanced through various roles, ultimately becoming a Senior Officer. Responsibilities included managing National Affinity Programs and overseeing customer activation teams. From 2009 to 2010, Robin worked as an Account Executive at Bank of America, focusing on project management and budget oversight while ensuring compliance through rigorous process reviews. Currently serving at Citi since June 2017 as a Vice President and Operational Risk Manager, Robin continues to leverage Six Sigma expertise to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. Robin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Goldey-Beacom College.
