Robin Francis has over 15 years of experience at Citi, currently serving as APAC Head of Product Development & Strategy for Custody & Fund Services, and previously as Director of Global Custody Product Management. Responsibilities include programme management of global change initiatives, managing teams of project managers and business analysts, and overseeing projects related to operational efficiency, product development, and client integration. Prior to Citi, Robin served as a Major in the British Army for 12 years, acquiring diverse operational, management, and technical expertise in various international contexts. Robin holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton and has completed advanced military education, including the Intermediate Command & Staff Course at the Joint Services Command & Staff College.
