Rona Lis

Rona Lis is a Business Operations leader with extensive experience in turning organizational chaos into scalable processes. They held various roles at Citi from 2015 to 2018, culminating as SVP of Operations Business Execution, where they managed a $200M annual technology budget and drove operational strategy for a matrix organization of about 1,000 employees. Rona's previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Global Innovation Labs, where they led operations and budget management for a $30M budget, and they also worked at Intel Corporation from 2011 to 2013, focusing on planning and project management. Rona holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
