Roy Xavier

Roy Xavier is currently the Head of EM Risk Technology at Citi, where they lead a global team serving clients in over 70 countries, focusing on Risk Technology for the Rates and FX Desks. With a career in the Investment Banking industry that began in 2006, they have held various roles, including Assistant Vice President at Lehman Brothers and Nomura International Plc, and Vice President at Barclays Capital. Roy holds a B.E. in Computers from Goa Engineering College, an MBA in Finance from Goa Institute of Management, and an MBL in Business Law from the National Law School. They possess extensive experience in Fixed Income Trading Technology, Project Management, and tackling complex organizational challenges.
