Ryan McCarthy is currently the Vice President of Transformation Strategy at Citi Global Wealth, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience as an Associate Customer Success at Salesforce from 2019 to 2020 and served as a Camp Manager and Coach for the Princeton Field Hockey Summer Camp and Club in 2017. Ryan was also a student athlete at Princeton University, where they captained the Women's NCAA Division 1 Field Hockey team during the 2017-2018 season. They are presently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Princeton University.
