Ryan Weisshaar

Ryan Weisshaar is a seasoned professional with a background in regulatory compliance and capital governance transformation. They served as the Head of Capital Governance Transformation at Citi from 2016 to 2022, following roles as Senior VP in Risk Regulatory Relations and Director of Capital Planning. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of SVP and Compliance Officer at Citigroup from 2003 to 2009 and worked as a paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. They earned a Master's degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Washington, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant.
