Sam Guirguis is currently the SVP Operational Risk Group Manager at Citi, a position held since 2022. From 2012 to 2022, Sam served as a Senior Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Prior to that, Sam was the VP of Mortgage Valuation at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta from 2009 to 2011 and held various roles in the financial sector, including VP of Valuations & Analysis at Popular Financial Holdings from 2006 to 2009. Sam completed early career positions as a Mortgage Valuation Analyst at MGIC and as an Analyst at Household Bank, among others. Sam is currently studying at San José State University.
