Sambit Basu

Sambit Basu is an experienced leader in application development with a focus on risk services within the financial sector. Currently serving as Director at Citi since June 2010, Sambit has held various senior roles and leads a global developments team responsible for critical applications that support pre and post trade market risk calculations and data analytics. Prior experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst Developer, focusing on electronic trading technology and order management, and at Wipro Technologies as a Project Engineer. Sambit holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata.
