Samuel J Waters serves as the Head of Learning in Wealth at Citi, where a diverse range of leadership roles includes Global Culture Change Programme Director and Leadership Development, Career Development, and Culture Advisory Lead for the Global Consumer Bank. With prior experience at Barclays as Associate Director in Corporate and Investment Banking and as a Management Consultant at ECOVIS Wingrave Yeats, Samuel has cultivated expertise in transformation and organizational design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School. Samuel is also actively involved as a consultant with the Harvard Business School Club of New York and as an angel investor with HBS Alumni Angels of Greater New York.
