Sandhya B. Varanasi

Sandhya B. Varanasi, MAcc, CPA, is the Senior Vice President of Capital and RWA Review at Citi, a position they have held since 2025 following their role as Vice President in the same department from 2022. Sandhya built a strong foundation in accounting through prior experiences at Barclays as Regulatory Reporting AVP and Deloitte as an Audit Senior. They also worked as a Junior Accountant at Wakefern Food Corp., where they developed an Excel spreadsheet system to enhance transaction logging and performed variance analyses in cash flow. Sandhya earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
