Dr. Scott Kleinmann is an international affairs professional with two decades of experience in sanctions compliance, intelligence, law enforcement, and policy research. Currently, Dr. Kleinmann serves as a Senior Intelligence Officer at Citi and an Adjunct Professor of Justice Law & Criminology at American University, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Security Studies at Georgetown University. Previously, Dr. Kleinmann held various positions including Police Officer in Wisconsin and Project Consultant at the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation. Dr. Kleinmann earned a PhD in War Studies from King’s College London, alongside two master's degrees in Southeast Asian Studies and Security Studies.
