Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips is a consumer financial services executive with extensive management consulting experience and a diverse background in strategy, finance, and operational risk within a leading global bank. They have held various senior roles at Citi, including Head of U.S. Personal Banking and Senior Vice President, overseeing multiple functions like sales performance management and operational controls testing. Scott is currently the Managing Director and Head of Consumer Businesses, Global Operations, and Enterprise Functions Controls Assessment. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Multinational Management from The Wharton School, and they hold an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a certificate of achievement from the Community Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
