Scott Romanowski

Scott Romanowski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed syndication. They began their career at UBS, where they focused on mortgage credit during the 2007 financial crisis before moving to Lone Star Funds as Vice President, overseeing a successful asset management strategy for distressed mortgage assets. Scott later joined Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC as Managing Director, leading a trading team to enhance market share and underwriting new ABS and RMBS deals. Currently, Scott serves as the Managing Director and Head of the US Asset-Backed Syndicate at Citi, following their role as Head of Capital at Avenue One, where they managed over $2 billion in assets under management since inception. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College.
