Sergio Correa

Sergio Correa is currently the Data Protection Officer and LGPD Project Manager at Citi, where they are responsible for planning and coordinating workflows to ensure compliance with LGPD regulations. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Citi from 2008 to 2020, including Global and Latam Customer Experience Head and Brazil Customer Service Head, where they focused on improving customer service processes and driving significant improvements in customer satisfaction metrics. Sergio's career also includes experience as a Customer Service Operational Manager at Orbitall and as a Customer Service Manager at Credicard. They earned an engineering degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and completed a postgraduate program at IPEP.
