Sharon Higgins

Sharon Higgins is a Managing Director at Citi, where they oversee vendor management for North America Operations and Latin America, developing best practices and ensuring compliance with Citigroup policies. Previously, Sharon served as Vice President at Citigroup from 1996 to 2010, leading project initiatives and global teams. Sharon also held significant roles at First Data Corporation and Bank of America early in their career, and they hold a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Executive Leadership from Wesley College, Delaware.
