Sheree Downey

Sheree Downey has an extensive background in equity syndicate and project management within the finance industry. Starting as a Euronotes Settlement Clerk at First National Bank of Chicago in 1994, Sheree transitioned to various roles involving trade execution and settlement at Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities included managing buy-side client relationships as a Director from 1997 to 2008, through to the firm's bankruptcy and subsequent acquisition by Nomura. At Nomura, Sheree served as Executive Director - Equity Syndicate from 2008 to 2016, focusing on European Equity transactions and driving client marketing efforts. Following a career break from May 2016 to March 2020, Sheree has been working as a Project Manager at Citi, overseeing project management efforts in equity transaction execution.
