Shou Eric Wang

Shou Eric Wang currently serves as the Head of Responsible Banking Compliance at Citi, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Shou Eric Wang was the Head of Fair Lending Risk Analytics at Pagaya from September 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Consumer & Community Banking Data Analytics and Model Governance at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included managing the Office of Fair Lending analytics team and advising on fair lending compliance. At the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Shou Eric Wang held roles as Deputy Fair Lending Director and Senior Counsel, focusing on fair lending analysis and enforcement. Additional experience includes positions at the Federal Trade Commission, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, CapAnalysis, the Congressional Budget Office, and as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Cornell University. Shou Eric Wang holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University, a Juris Doctor from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
