Shyla previously held the position of Head of Regulatory Standards, Governance & Communication for Technology at Citi, where their efforts in regulatory best practices and communication strategies contributed to a top-performing exam management function. Shyla holds a Master's in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's in Management Studies from Mithibai College.
