Simon Shen is an accomplished IT professional with a strong background in executive support and project leadership. They worked as an IT Technician at 4G Data Systems in 2007 and briefly as a Desktop Support Consultant at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. From 2008 to 2015, Simon held several roles at Citigroup, including AVP, System Administrator, and later advanced to various VP positions in IT Client Experience and Support.
