Simon Thompson

Simon Thompson is a finance and data analytics professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, finance management, and process optimization. At Pearson from March 2017 to March 2020, Simon served as a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, overseeing financials for US State Assessment Contracts and providing MI reporting and performance tracking using Salesforce and Tableau. Subsequently, at Allstate Northern Ireland from March 2020 to July 2022, Simon held the role of Finance Manager for Roadside Insurance in the US and Canada, managing finance and data analytics teams, and successfully migrating processes internationally while focusing on efficiency and stakeholder value.
