Simon Turner

Simon Turner has extensive experience in compliance assurance, risk management, and consulting within the financial sector. At Northern Ireland Water, Simon served as a Research Consultant focused on aligning reporting models with the Integrated Reporting framework. Simon's tenure at Citi spanned multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President in WITA Risk and Control, where responsibilities involved compliance testing and monitoring across various business lines in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as governance for the AML program. Simon also held roles as Compliance Assurance Consultant at Bank of Ireland and worked as a Bank Official at AIB, contributing to personal credit and a large-scale customer remediation project. Simon holds a degree in English and Linguistics from Queen's University Belfast and an MSc in Management with Distinction from Ulster University.
