Sonja Rieder is the current Director of Enterprise Risk Analytics at Citi, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Analytics at Citi and held the role of Vice President in Financial Markets Advisory at BlackRock from 2019 to 2021. Sonja also worked as a Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Quantitative Analytics at Barclays Investment Bank from 2016 to 2017. They began their career as Team Lead in Advanced Analytics at BCG GAMMA from 2017 to 2019. Sonja earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from EPFL and a Diploma in Mathematics and Physics from The University of Freiburg.
