Stacy Marrufo

Stacy Marrufo is the Global Head of Program Solutions & Standardization for the Client Review and Investigations Unit at Citi. With over sixteen years of experience in anti-money laundering compliance, they specialize in global AML standards adherence and complex investigations. Previous roles include Vice President of Global AML Standards Adherence in the Americas and AML Investigator at Western Union, where they conducted in-depth analyses and developed compliance training programs. Stacy is bilingual in Spanish and holds certifications as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Fraud Investigator. They are pursuing degrees in Business Management and Supervision and Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver and Daytona State College, respectively.
