Stephanie Sapp

Stephanie Sapp is a Vice President and Culture & Behavioral Insights Partner at Citi, with a strong background in organizational psychology and change management consulting. They hold a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Master’s in Sociology from Stanford University, along with a BA in Human Biology with an emphasis in psychology and development from Stanford. They have extensive experience as a Client Manager, focusing on people systems and inclusive workplaces, and have managed various roles in operations, customer success, and research throughout their career. Additionally, Stephanie has served on the DEI Committee for the Pacific Ridge School Board and has contributed to the Ram's Head Theatrical Society as a board member.
