Stephen Manlapig

Stephen Manlapig is an accomplished leader in technology assurance, bringing nearly 25 years of audit experience primarily within the banking and financial services sectors. Currently, Stephen serves as the Executive Director of GIA Quality Assurance at Standard Chartered Bank, where they manage the Quality Assurance program for technology and operations audits. Previously, Stephen held notable positions such as Senior Vice President at Citi and has also been part of Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young, contributing significantly to internal and external audit practices. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Global Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification obtained in 2005.
