Stephen Roach

Stephen Roach is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational risk management, strategic planning, and business consulting. Currently serving as the Operational Risk Management Implementation Head at Citi, Stephen oversees the Management Control Framework Environment for BanamexUSA and leads the 3rd Party Supplier Management Program, among other key initiatives. Stephen's prior roles include responsibilities as Business Risk Manager for Citi's Prepaid Card Business and as President & COO of Profit Dynamics, Inc., where strategic frameworks and growth models were developed for various organizations. With a foundation in enterprise architecture and compliance technology at Citigroup, and advisory roles at Blockdrop, Stephen combines a rich background in financial management from earlier positions, including CFO at Lightship Financial. Stephen holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
