Stephen Schroeder, CFA, is currently the Director of Institutional Credit Management at Citi, where they lead global teams in developing platforms for credit underwriting and risk assessment. Previously, as a Senior Vice President in the Loan Portfolio Advisory team, Stephen advised on effective hedging strategies and managed asset valuations for over $100 billion in loans. Early in their career, they held roles in Credit Risk Management Services and participated in a summer analyst program at UBS. Stephen earned a BA in Economics and History from Boston College.
