Steve Howe is currently the VP of EMEA Trade Floor Voice Operations at Citi, where they have been a Senior Telecomms Analyst since 2004. Previously, they worked at Commercial Union in various roles, including Telecoms Analyst and Call Centre Implementation Manager, from 1991 to 2002. Before joining Citi, they served as a Network Manager at BT Global Solutions from 2002 to 2004 and as a Telecoms Project Manager at CGU & Norwich Union Insurance from 1998 to 2001.
