Susan Kitavi

Susan Kitavi is the Senior Vice President and Credit Risk Portfolio Group Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Citibank N.A. Kenya. They hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a focus on Economics and Sociology, as well as an Associateship from the Kenya Institute of Bankers. Previously, Susan served as Head of Credit at DIB Bank Kenya Limited and held senior roles in credit management across various banks, including CFC Bank Limited and Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited. Their expertise includes overseeing credit risk analysis, policy formulation, and portfolio monitoring.
