Susmita Banerjee is a seasoned Learning Experience Designer with over 15 years of experience in developing digital curricula and instructional programs. They have held roles at Citigroup as an Instructor/AVP and Vice President of Instructional Design, where they significantly enhanced training curricula and facilitated event logistics for large employee gatherings. As the Founder of ProCogs, they led successful web consulting and design projects, emphasizing user-centered design principles. Susmita is currently enhancing their data analysis skills through a Data Science certificate from Cornell University, focusing on SQL and Tableau. They hold a Master's degree in Professional and Technical Communications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.
