Suzanne Lynch serves as the EMEA Head of Global Custody Legal at Citi, where they advise on cross-border financing and structured finance transactions involving various financial institutions. Suzanne has extensive experience in distressed asset transactions, CLOs, and securitisations, acting as counsel to international investors establishing operations in Ireland. Prior to Citi, they were a Senior Associate at Matheson from 2003 to 2018. Suzanne holds an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor qualification from the Irish Taxation Institute, a Solicitor degree from the Law Society of Ireland, and a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin.
