Swapnil Tyagi

Swapnil Tyagi is currently the AVP at Citi, specializing in client onboarding and product management within the AML/KYC division. In this role, they deliver global IT change solutions and manage digital onboarding experiences across 15 APAC countries. Previously, Swapnil was a Trade Operations Analyst and later a Product Management Specialist, where they significantly contributed to automation, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives. Swapnil earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, where they were on the Dean's Merit List.
