Swetha P. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory issue validation, corporate banking, and credit risk review. Currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Issue Validation at Citi since June 2023, Swetha is also an active member of the Citi Women’s Network Steering Committee. Prior to this, Swetha held various positions at HSBC, including Assistant Vice President for Credit Risk Review and chapter lead of the Gender Balance Employee Group, as well as a managerial role in Credit Risk Review. Earlier career experience includes roles at YES BANK, where a portfolio was doubled within the first year, and AREVA T&D, where Swetha achieved significant breakthroughs in market segments. Swetha's professional journey began with a summer internship at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on market analysis and promotional strategies. Swetha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur, specializing in Marketing and General Management.
