Tara Johnson

Tara Johnson is a Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in the financial services industry. They held positions at Citi as a Technical Program Manager, where they developed a Change Management model and an Execution/Engagement model for regulatory reporting. Tara served as Adjunct Faculty at Dakota State University, teaching COBOL and Mainframe Operating Systems, and has a robust background as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and Agency Integration Specialist. They earned a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Dakota State University and hold dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tara is also a certified Agilist in SAFe 5.
