Thomas Dekker, CFA, is currently serving as the Vice President Treasury RRP at Citi since 2023. They previously held the position of Resolution Officer at De Nederlandsche Bank from 2018 to 2021 after working as a Derivatives Analyst and Workflow Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2017. Thomas has also gained legal experience as a Legal Assistant at Hogan Lovells and Houthoff in 2014 and 2015, respectively. They held the role of President at the Economic Faculty Association Rotterdam from 2011 to 2012. Thomas earned two Master's degrees in Financial Economics and Business Law, both with distinction, from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and Universiteit Leiden between 2013 and 2016.
