Tiago Proença

Tiago Proença is a seasoned professional in Operational Risk Management and Quality Assurance with over eleven and a half years of experience. Currently serving as VP at Citi, Tiago is responsible for overseeing Third Party Risk Strategy and providing governance within the Risk framework. Previous roles include Business Risk and Control Officer Associate at BlackRock and Finance Associate at UNICEF, where they directed quality assurance activities and managed risk assessments. Tiago holds a Master's in Management from the University of Coimbra, complemented by degrees in Public and Private Administration and language studies.
