Tipi Renard

Tipi Renard is an experienced professional in service delivery and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Delivery and Adoption in the office of the CTO at Citi since October 2019. Renard has held multiple leadership roles within Citi, including Head of Governance and Adoption and Cloud Transformation Program Lead for the Institutional Clients Group. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Service Delivery at DigitalGenius, Head of Group Cost Transformation Portfolio at BT, and Senior Director of Strategy and Transformation at AIA. Renard began the career at Bain & Company as a Business Analyst before progressing through various operational roles at Proudfoot. Academic qualifications include an MBA Essentials from Imperial College Business School, a Master of Arts in International Business and Trade from Université d'Orléans, and degrees in Languages & Social Sciences from Aston University and Modern Languages and Business Studies from Université d'Orléans.
