Tom Beatty

Tom Beatty is an accomplished financial services leader with extensive experience in platform development and process re-engineering. They have served as the Global Head of Emerging Markets Platform Development at Citi, where they focused on growth strategy execution. In various managing director roles, they oversaw teams across Latin America, EMEA, and North America, managing complex trading operations and product development. Tom began their career at Salomon Brothers and has also held a senior position at HSBC, specializing in Latin American derivatives. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating Cum Laude.
