Tom Curley

Tom Curley possesses extensive experience in compensation management within the financial services sector. Previously serving as the Director and Global Head of Citi Markets Compensation at Citi from July 2008 to October 2016, Tom Curley has demonstrated a strong track record in managing compensation strategies. Following this role, Tom Curley became the Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Clients Group Compensation at Citigroup in October 2016, overseeing global compensation for Banking, Markets, and Services. Prior to his tenure at Citi, Tom Curley worked as an Associate at Towers Perrin MGMC from 2004 to 2008 and as an Actuarial Analyst at Swiss Re from 1998 to 2004.
