Tom Elliott is a seasoned finance professional who currently serves as Vice President in the Financial Institutions Debt Capital Markets at Citi, a role held since 2019, after progressing through analyst and associate positions starting in 2017. Prior to joining Citi, Tom gained experience as an analyst in the Fixed Income Syndicate at Morgan Stanley from 2016 to 2017 and as a Graduate Trainee in Retrocession Insurance Brokerage at Willis Towers Watson from 2014 to 2016. Tom holds an MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and achieved top marks in Politics, Economics, and History at Tonbridge School.
