Currently serving as the Director of Technology Product Management at Citi, Tom previously held key roles including Chief Technology Officer at GO Tech Labs and LEAP4LIFE Global, Inc., where they developed SaaS solutions for health and wellness. Tom's earlier experience includes significant positions at Syncsort Inc and KIT Digital, where they built and managed professional services teams that enhanced customer satisfaction and revenue.
