Tom Hamilton

Tom Hamilton is a financial regulation legal counsel currently serving as the Head of International Prudential Regulation & RRP Legal at Citi, where they focus on UK and EU regulatory matters including recovery and resolution. Prior to this role, Tom was a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Citi, specializing in regulatory capital and strategic issues. They began their legal career at Linklaters LLP, gaining expertise in various areas of financial regulation. Tom holds a Distinction in their LLM in International Business Law from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and has taught law and politics at multiple colleges.
