Tom Hinton

Tom Hinton is currently the Global Head of Private Company Access at Citi, where they oversee strategic initiatives in accessing private companies. Their previous experience includes serving as the Head of Issuer Services at the London Stock Exchange Group from 2017 to 2024, where they developed the Issuer Services Platform and launched innovative offerings like SparkLive. Tom led SyndicateRoom as the Head of Capital Markets from 2015 to 2017, pioneering access to public market IPOs. Earlier in their career, they qualified as a solicitor at Ashurst, working with private equity and equity capital markets clients, and completed a notable secondment at Citi. Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of St Andrews.
