Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly is currently the Director, Markets COO at Citi, overseeing strategic initiatives in the financial sector. They previously served as the Adjutant and Acting Company Commander at the 1st NATO Signal Battalion, managing HR and command functions for a multinational military unit. Kelly has held leadership roles at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, training specialized officers, and worked as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs within the Securities Division. They hold a BSc with 1st Class Honours in Information Systems from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and completed the Accelerated Management Programme at the University of Oxford's Said Business School.
