Tom M. is currently the Director of Equities Technology at Citi, where they lead Pre-Trade, Client Facing, and QIS Technology initiatives. Previously, Tom worked at J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in Equity Derivatives Technology, overseeing multiple senior roles, including Global Head of Sales Tech. They also served as Vice President of Equities Technology at Nomura International and began their career as an Equity Derivatives Analyst at Lehman Brothers.
