Tracy Strong is a technology executive with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, delivery, and operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Global Wealth Technology at Citi, they lead multi-disciplinary teams focused on customer experience design and software engineering. Previously, Tracy held various leadership positions in technology strategy and digital transformation at Citi, the National Bank of Canada, and Rio Tinto, and progressed through roles at Accenture from Software Engineer to Senior Manager. Tracy is currently pursuing an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Management at McGill University.
